• Annual Reports of State Bank of India sold as waste paper unauthorizedly in Dadar Head Post office.
• Loss in Revenue approx. Rs 2 lakhs or more
• Irregular discount paid about Rs 1.70 lakhs in one consignment to mailer under BNPL Scheme for EPP Speed Post.
• Annual reports carried from Mail Motor and sold for Rs 1050/- in seven bags about 175 kg
• Postal Officers and Staff played significant role in episode.
