Dear Brother;

Hope that you are in good health. As you know, Central Working Committee Meeting was held at Chennai on 15th and 16th Aug 2009. In CWC it is decided to launch an Agitational program for highlighting the burning problems of postal staff in general and postal group c staff in particular.
According to CWC decision, an Agitational program is chalked out as under

A letter has been dashed to Secretary (Posts) elaborating circumstances which compelled to start Agitational program. Alongwith this letter a notice for Agitational program and charter of demands was also sent. A circular to all rank and file is also issued. Copies of all these are appended herewith for your information. Copies are also available on web-site as under

In this respect, it is requested to explore the possibility of joining of federation and sister unions in above Agitational program. So that a grand movement can be built up. I am appealing to all General Secretaries of our sister unions for joining with BPEU Class-III, by endorsing the copy of this letter to them also.
However I am sure that you will extend your guidance wholeheartedly for successful agitation. I request you again accordingly. Rest in Person
Thanking You
